Corn Paneer Soup


Preparation time : 10 min
cooking Time : 10 min
serving : 2

Ingredients:


  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 5 to 6 floret Broccoli
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp aaji-no-moto
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp schezuan sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp paneer(Cottage cheese) cube
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • salt to taste
  • Water
method:
  1. In Pan add butter, garlic saute then add boiled corn mix well.
  2. Add cornflour saute for 2 min then add 1 cup water mix well.
  3. Add Broccoli, salt, aaji-no-moto, pepper powder, mix well cook for 5 min when its boiling then add lemon zest, soy sauce and lemon juice mix well.
  4. At serving time add Coriander and paneer cube and serve Hot.

Tomato Rasam

Tomato rasam recipe is one of the most popular of the south Indian rasam recipes. This rasam is not only tasty, but is also healthy and easy to make.The tomato rasam recipe has these main ingredients: tomato and rasam powder.


Cooking time: 15 min.
Serving: 2

Ingredients:
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 3 clove Garlic 
  • 1 tsp Tamarind juice
  • 1 tsp rasam powder
  • 4 - 5 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp jaggery
  • salt to taste 

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  • 3-4 curry leaves
  • hing pinch
Method:

  1. Cook Tomatoes with little water.
  2. Now add in mixing jar crush tomatoes and strain the juice.
  3. Now in pan heat tomatoes juice.
  4. Add rasam powder, salt,  jaggery, turmeric and curry leaves. Mix Bring the mixture to boil.
  5. Add the crushed garlic. 
  6. If the mixture is thick, add water, Boil for two to three minutes.
  7. Now in anther pan heat oil, add mustard seed, curry leaves, hing and prepair seasoning add in rasam.
  8. Add chopped coriander leaves. Switch off the stove.
  9. Serve hot with rice.

Mulliugatawny Soup



Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup soaked Split Red lentils
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh coconut
  • 10 to 12 kadi patta
  • 1/2 Green apple
  • pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp madras curry powder
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt – to tast
  • Water as per need
For Garnish
Coriander

Method:
  1. Heat oil in Pressure cooker then add ginger, garlic and stir.
  2. Add fresh coconut, curry leaves, turmeric powder, red lentil, madras curry powder,salt, apple, vegetable stock and water mix well.
  3. Make 2 whistle and cool down.  
  4. Grind the lentil mixture and make it to a smooth paste.
  5. Strain and bring the soup to a boil again.
  6. In deep pan, add smooth lentil paste, water and boil it.
  7. When it starts boiling add coconut milk, pepper powder and stir.
  8. Switch off flame and add lemon juice mix well.
  9. Garnish with cream and serve hot.

Spinach Shorba


Ingredients
  • Spinach 2 bunches
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Bay leaves 2
  • 1 inch stick Cinnamon
  • 2 Black cardamoms
  • 3 Cloves
  • 4 to 5 Black peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger chopped 
  • 2 tbsp Refined flour (maida)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cream 
Method:
  1. In Pan add spinach leaves and blanch in plenty of water. Drain and refresh in cold water.
  2. Add palak in mixing jar , make puree.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, Add bay leaves, cinnamon, black cardamoms, cloves, black peppercorns and saute for a minute.
  4. Add onion in pan saute for min.
  5. Add ginger to the pan and saute. 
  6. Add some refined flour and stir. Add spinach puree and enough water to correct the consistency.
  7. Add salt and bring the mixture to a boil. 
  8. Add garam masala powder and lemon juice. Mix and strain. 
  9. Garnish with cream and Serve hot.

Basil, Carrot & Tomato Soup

This soup recipes are nutritious and packed with flavor  that is made by combining ingredients such as Tomatoes and Carrot. This is good for health watcher or weight watcher.




INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 - 4 tomatoes 
  • 2 carrots
  • Salt to taste         
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 - 4 basil sprig
  • 1 - 2 parsley sprig
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ cup vegetable stock
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • For garnish
  • Basil leaves
Method:
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute tomato in it.
  2. Meanwhile, dice the carrot.
  3. In another pan , Add salt, sugar and butter, basil leaves.
  4. Now, blend the roasted tomatoes in a mixer to prepare a puree.
  5. Next, put carrot, parsley leaves, black pepper powder and vegetable stock in the already used pan to cook.
  6. After slightly cooked mix the prepared puree in the pan to cook for 8-10 mins.
  7. After this, mix corn flour and butter in a bowl and mix it in the pan.
  8. Garnish the prepared soup with chopped basil leaves.
  9. Your Carrot & Tomato Soup is ready.

Hot & Sour Soup





Ingredients: 
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp shredded cabbage
  • 2 carrot , grated
  • 3 tbsp beans
  • 2 tbsp capsicum
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup chopped spring onions
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

  • For The Garnish
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
  • fried noodles 
Method:
  1. Heat the oil in a wok over a high flame. 
  2. Add ginger and garlic, capsicum saute for 1 min.
  3. Add the cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, spring onions, beans, capsicum and stir fry over a high flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the water when its boiled then add vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce, coriander, salt and pepper and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cornflour paste and boil for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring continuously.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with coriander.

Moong Dal & Carrot Soup


Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup green moong dal (split green gram) , washed and drained
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 4 to 5 black peppercorns (kalimirch)
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and add the peppercorns, onions and garlic and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the carrots and tomatoes, mix well and cook for 1 minutes
  3. Add the green moong dal and 2 cups of water and cook for 2 whistle .
  4. Keep aside to cool slightly and blend in a mixer to a smooth puree.
  5. Transfer the puree back into the deep non-stick pan, add the milk, 1 cup of water, salt and pepper, mix well and bring to a boil.
  6. Serve immediately.

Masoor dal & Carrot Soup



Ingredients
  • 2 chopped carrots
  • 3 tbsp masoor dal , washed and drained
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 black peppercorns (kalimirch)
  • 1 sliced onions
  • 2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and add the peppercorns, onions and garlic, ginger, red chili, bay leaf and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the carrots and tomatoes, mix well and cook for 1 minutes
  3. Add masoor dal and 2 cups of water and cook for 2 whistle .
  4. Keep aside to cool slightly, remove bay leaf and blend in a mixer to a smooth puree.
  5. strain puree.
  6. Transfer the puree back into the deep non-stick pan, salt and pepper, mix well and bring to a boil.
  7. Serve immediately.

French Onion Soup


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 tbsp grated processed cheese (preferably cooking cheese)
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 2 bread slices
  • salt to taste
Method
  1. Heat the butter and fry the onions on a very slow flame until brown colour.keep aside for cool
  2. When mixture cool , blend with water.
  3. Add 6 teacups of water, 3 tablespoons of the grated cheese, the mustard and salt and boil for a few minutes.
  4. Pour the soup into individual soup bowls, sprinkle the balance cheese on top.
  5. Serve hot.

Broccoli Almond Soup

Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 3 tbsp dry roasted almond pwoder
  • 1 tbsp celery chopped
  • 200 grm broccoli chopped
  • water as per need
  • salt to test
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp mix herbs
Method:
  1. In big pan , add olive oil, garlic, chopped onion saute till it golden brown.
  2. Add almond powder , saute for 2 min.
  3. Add celery, broccoli, saute for a min then add 1 cup water  & boiled for 5 min.
  4. Then transfer in bowl and blend with blender.
  5. Again this mixture cook on slow flame for 5 min.
  6. Add pepper powder, mix herbs mix well
  7. serve hot & garnish with cream.

Corn Soup



Ingredients :

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 clove garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cup boiled American sweet corn 
  • 2 tb cornflour 
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch Ajinomoto
  • 1/4 tsp soya sauce 
  • salt
  • water
Method :
  1. In a pan, add butter , garlic saute for a min then add sweet corn, cornflour  mix well and roast till they turn slightly brown. 
  2. Add salt, broccoli, pinch of Ajinomoto, water , pepper powder mix well and bring to boil.
  3. Now, switch off the flame and add lemon juice , soya sauce.
  4. garnish with coriander and serve hot.
