Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic (lehsun) cloves , crushed
- 1 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
- 1 cup zucchini slices
- 2 tbsp finely chopped Parsley
- 1 tbsp finely chopped basil
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
Method
- Heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic, ginger , cook for 1 minutes.
- Add the zucchini, basil leaves and salt, parsley and stir-fry for a 5 to 6 more minutes.
- Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese..
- Serve hot.
