Ingredients:
- 2 cup Basmati rice Boiled
- 1/2 cup green peas Boiled and some are mashed
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1 chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp ginger pest
- 1/2 tsp garlic rest
- 1/2 cup carrot chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped
- 1 tsp red chili pest
- 2 tsp pav bhaji masala
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 3 tsp oil
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp coriander
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and saute till well browned. Add the onion and saute till lightly browned.
- Add ginger paste, garlic paste and tomatoes and saute till tomatoes become soft.
- Add green peas, carrot, pav bhaji masala, red chilli paste and a little water. Mix and cook for two to three minutes.
- Add the rice and mix.
- Add salt, green capsicum, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well and cook for 3 to 4 min.
- Garnish with coriander and Serve hot.
