Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soaked Split Red lentils
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh coconut
- 10 to 12 kadi patta
- 1/2 Green apple
- pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp madras curry powder
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Black peppercorns
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt – to tast
- Water as per need

Method:
- Heat oil in Pressure cooker then add ginger, garlic and stir.
- Add fresh coconut, curry leaves, turmeric powder, red lentil, madras curry powder,salt, apple, vegetable stock and water mix well.
- Make 2 whistle and cool down.
- Grind the lentil mixture and make it to a smooth paste.
- Strain and bring the soup to a boil again.
- In deep pan, add smooth lentil paste, water and boil it.
- When it starts boiling add coconut milk, pepper powder and stir.
- Switch off flame and add lemon juice mix well.
- Garnish with cream and serve hot.
