one more recipe from rice. its very easy and quick healthy recipe of pulao. Quick and suitable for lunch dinner and tiffine, So lets start.

Ingredients
- 1 cup long grained rice (basmati)
- 1 onion , sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger (adrak) , chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic (lehsun) , chopped
- 1 cup Paneer(cottage cheese )
- 1/2 cup boiled peas
- 1/3 cup capsicum & carrot
- 3 tbsp curds (dahi)
- 1 tsp Pulao masala powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oil
- salt to taste
Method
- Wash the rice and keep aside.
- Put 2 cups of water to boil & Add Rice . when its cook & drain water and keep aside.
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan, add tejpatta(tamal patra), onion slices, ginger and garlic and stir for some time.
- Then add the peas, capsicum, carrot, mix well.
- Finally, add the Boiled rice, curds, pualo masala powder, garam masala coriander, lemon juice, Paneer and salt mix well & cook for 2 min.
- Garnish with green onion and Serve hot.
