Kiwi Glory



Ingredients: 
  •  2 golden kiwi
  •  1/2 tsp lime juice
  •  2 tbsp sugar syrup or to taste
  • 1/3 c curd
  • 1 banana
  •  7 to 8 ice cubes
Method:
  1. In mixing jar combine all ingredients and blend until smooth pest.
  2. In serving glass add juice mixture mix well.
  3. Serve over crushed ice.

Oats Carrot Pancake



Ingredients:

  • White oats 2 cup
  • Gram flour (besan) 2 tablespoons
  • Butter milk 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to cook
  • 2 Grated carrot 
  • 2 Green chili finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander 
Method:
  1. Grind oats to a coarse powder and put into a bowl. 
  2. In Bowl Add gram flour, Butter milk, salt , turmeric powder, green chili, carrot, chopped coriander , pepper powder and sufficient water to make a batter of uttappam consistency. 
  3. Heat a non-stick pan. Apply 1 tsp oil.
  4. To make each pancake, spread a ladleful of the batter in the pan , When the underside becomes golden, flip.
  5. Drizzle 1 tsp oil all around and cook for 2-3 minutes or till the other side becomes equally golden.
  6. Transfer onto serving plates and serve hot with Tomato Salsa or Green chutney.

Herbs Potato wages


Ingredients:-

1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder 
5 to 6 potatoes , parboiled and cut into wedges with skin
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp pepper podwer  
Salt to taste
1 tsp mixed dried herbs 
1 tsp olive oil 
1 tbsp Finely chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method:

  1. Preheat oven at 180° C.
  2. In Bowl  add potatoes wedges, chili flakes, garlic, pepper powder, dried herbs, olive oil  and mix well.
  3. Put Potatoes mixture on baking sheet and bake into oven for 15 to 20 min.
  4. Remove wedges from oven and place on a serving plate. 
  5. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese powder and chopped parsley on top.
  6. Serve hot with cheese dip.

Make and Store Your Pizza Dough


Ingredients:
  • 3 1/2  cup plain flour (maida) (use Measuring cup)
  • 1 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast 
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp ghee or margarine or butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • oil for greasing  
  • water or milk as require
Method
  1. Sieve the flour.
  2. Mix the sugar and yeast in 1 teacup of warm water and keep aside for 2 minutes.
  3. Add yeast liquids to the flour, salt , sugar, 2 tbs butter  and make a soft dough. If required, add a little more warm water or milk.
  4. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Add the 2 tbsp butter , mix well and cover with a wet cloth or  put dough in grease big bowl cover the  lid for 2 hour or until the dough is double in size.
  6. Knead again until the dough comes back to its original size.
  7. Divide the dough into three equal sized balls and shape into round.
  8. Your pizza base is ready for baking.

How to Store Pizza Dough?
  • Place kneaded dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate to 48 hour. Remove dough from refrigerator 1 hour before using.
Pre-baked Crust
  • Roll the dough into pizza pan or place on baking sheet.
  • Bake at 200°F  until dough is just starting to brown and appears to have set.
  • Remove crust from pan and cool on a rack.
  • When completely cool, place crust in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Freeze for up to 2 months.
  • Remove from freezer, top and bake as usual.

Note:
How to use dry yeast:-

  • Put the dry yeast with the sugar in a cup of warm water, stir and add a pinch of flour .
  • Cover and leave for 10 minutes. When the surface is full of froth, the yeast is ready to use. Then, follow the same method as for fresh yeast.
  • For Good result use Measuring cup and spoon.

Zucchini Stir-fry





Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 garlic (lehsun) cloves , crushed
  • 1 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
  • 1 cup zucchini slices 
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Parsley
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic, ginger , cook for 1 minutes.
  2. Add the zucchini, basil leaves and salt, parsley and stir-fry for a 5 to 6 more minutes.
  3. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese..
  4. Serve hot.
