Kaju,Date,Anjeer Milkshake - (Energy Drink)


Method:

1) In mixing jar, add 3 to 4 pieces soaked dates, 3pcs soaked figs, 10pcs cashew nuts, 1/2 cup milk, sugar and grind with ice cubs.
2) Pour in serving glass and garnish with dates.

Apple Ice Tea



Method:

1) In sauce pan, take 200 ml water, 1 tsp tea bring to a boil. Let it cool for 15-20 minutes. Strain and use as per the recipe.
2) In a Bowl,  tea decoction , 200ml apple juice , 2tbsp lemon juice and 4  to 5tbsp sugar syrup and mix well.
3) In serving glass add ice cubs , pour prepared tea 
4) Garnish with chopped fresh apple pieces and serve chilled.

NOTE:-   Follow the same Method And Make it Orange tea

Tip:- 

How to prepare Apple Juice ?
In pan, add Apple pieces , water, steam for 2 to 3 min. When apple becomes soft then add sugar, mix well, Grind with water, Strain and use as per the recipe.

Creamy Fruit:

1) In Big Bowl , Add 1/3 cup hung curd & 1 cup Whipped cream mix well.
2) Add 2tsp sugar, pinch of salt mix it and then add 1 cup citrus fruit mix well.
3) Chill and serve.

Apple Halwo





Recipe:
1/2 tbsp ghee
2 1/4 cups grated apples
1/4 cup condense milk,2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp walnuts, ¼ tsp cinnamon + nutmeg Powder 


Method:
1. Heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add the apples and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes, till all the moisture evaporates while stirring continuously.
2. Add the cinnamon + nutmeg Powder , mix well 
3. Add the condense milk and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes, while stirring twice in between.
4. Add the sugar and walnuts, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes or till all the moisture evaporates, while stirring continuously. Keep aside to cool.

1) In a big bowl 1 1/2 cup par boiled mixed veg(cauliflower,green peas ,french beans carrot,baby potatoes  and add 100 gms curd, mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a deep pan, add  1 grated onions and saute till lightly brown.
2) Add 1 tbsp ginger paste+garlic paste and stir well for a minute.
3)
Add 2 grated tomatoes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes or till all the moisture evaporates.
4)Add 1tsp red chilli powder,1/2tsp turmeric powder,1 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder, 1/2tsp Cumin powder, salt n water 1to 2 tbsp, stir to mix well.
5)Add the prepared vegetables and stir well.
6)Add 1/2cup of water and 2tbsp kasuri methi and simmer till(1/2 hour) the vegetables are cooked.
7)Add 1/4tsp laung powder, 1/2tsp pepper powder, 1/4tsp garam masala, american corn 3tbsp mix well, cook for 1 min.
8)Once the vegetables are almost cooked, add chopped coriander leaves.
9)Serve hot with parantha.
