Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes, boiled and Mashed
- 1 cup sabudana (Sago) , roasted
- 1/2 roasted peanut crush
- 1 tbsp ginger- green chili paste (Adrak)
- 3 tbsp coriander
- salt to taste
- Oil to deep fry Vada
Method:
- In mixing jar add roasted sago & crash them. same way crush peanut.
- In big Bowl add potatoes , chili pest , crush sago, peanut , salt, coriender, mix well
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small balls.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the vadas till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
