Coriander chutney (Green chutney)


Ingredients :

  • 1 1/4 cups chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp roasted penut
  • 4 small green chillies , chopped
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste

Method :

  1. Combine all the ingredients, add 2 tbsp of water and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add 1/4 cup of water and mix well. Use as required.
