Ingredients :
- 1 1/4 cups chopped coriander (dhania)
- 1 1/2 tbsp roasted penut
- 4 small green chillies , chopped
- 1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
Method :
- Combine all the ingredients, add 2 tbsp of water and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl, add 1/4 cup of water and mix well. Use as required.
